Clinical Psychologist
Emma Austin
Emma is a clinical psychologist who works therapeutically with clients aged 13+. Emma is an LGBTQIA+ supportive practitioner and is highly experienced working with this community.
Emma draws on her training in schema therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy while working with clients. She enjoys using experiential, emotion focussed techniques in order to provide clients with corrective emotional experiences and alter the strength of their unhealthy coping mechanisms.

Psychologist
Sarah Moss
Sarah is a general psychologist who has worked with children and adolescents in the school and clinic setting. Prior to becoming a psychologist, Sarah was a secondary school teacher, teaching Psychology and English before moving into the role of Inclusive Education Coordinator.
Sarah sees children, young people and their families from 5 – 25 years old. She utilises a range of approaches in her practice including play therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and solution focused therapy. Sarah is a warm and dynamic therapist who is dedicated to helping clients feel supported, valued and understood. She aims to help every child make sense of their inner world, develop resilience and communicate effectively in their relationships.

Melissa Braganza
With over 15 years of experience in primary and secondary education, as well as the community sector, Melissa is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist committed to promoting mental health and wellbeing among clients aged 7 to 30. Melissa considers it a privilege to witness clients reach their personal and educational potential.
Warm and compassionate in approach, Melissa has supported clients with a range of challenges, including, anxiety, mood disorders, stress, grief, managing school and life transitions, emotion regulation, navigating social and interpersonal relationships and understanding disability diagnosis. Melissa draws upon a wide range of evidence-based psychological treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), distress tolerance strategies, and trauma-informed practices.
Melissa also offers comprehensive cognitive, behavioural, and educational assessments, including diagnosis of neurodevelopmental disorders such as intellectual developmental disorder (intellectual disability), specific learning disorders (e.g., dyslexia), and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Couples Counsellor
Dr Karin du Plessis
Dr Karin du Plessis is a couples counsellor with PhD in Psychology and Level 3 clinical training in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy. She specialises couples counselling either in-clinic or online via Zoom from the comfort and privacy of your home. This includes couples who experience frequent arguments, poor communication, are on the verge of separation, or are emotionally distant; plus pre-marital counselling, and specific problems such as sexual difficulties, affairs, money, in-laws, addictions, and parenting. Her work with couples focuses on fostering greater intimacy, creating a deeper understanding, enhancing fun, and reviving the spark. Her clients describe her as warm, non-judgmental, fair, equal, professional and a good listener. Many couples enjoy the tools and structured approach of the Gottman Method which also allows for deeper emotional work if needed. Clinical Psychologist
Clare Bellhouse
Clare is a clinical psychologist with special interests in perinatal and infant mental health, parenting difficulties and complex trauma. She also works with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, relationship issues and reproductive loss. Clare completed her PhD at the University of Melbourne which involved developing, facilitating and evaluating a group psychotherapy program for pregnant women experiencing difficulties in the transition to parenthood.
Clare has a client-centred, warm and collaborative approach to therapy, which involves understanding individual needs and values to inform the development of a shared plan. She is informed by a variety of approaches including psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment-focussed intervention, mentalization and mindfulness-based approaches.
