About Me.
With over ten years of experience as a clinical psychologist, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, low self esteem, grief/loss, PTSD, complex PTSD and childhood trauma. The genuine connection I develop with my clients allows me to understand their unique experiences and provide tailored support, fostering a safe space where they can thrive and grow. I feel privileged to be in a role where I am able to build close & trusting relationships with my clients.
I am an LGBTQIA+ friendly practitioner and I am particularly passionate about supporting adolescence and young adults. Navigating these times of life can be an incredibly challenging. It can be filled with uncertainty, self-discovery, and emotional ups and downs. I find immense job satisfaction in helping these clients through such pivotal moments in their lives.
I love adopting multiple therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) & schema therapy.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all.
